No. You buy the saw and select the stand as free gift. Cart has to add up to $400, so they discount both the saw and the stand. Saw shows as $253ish and stand shows as $146ish for a total of $400.
If you keep both, it's $400+tax. If you return/cancel the stand, you get the saw for $253ish. If you cancel/return the saw, you get the stand for $146ish.

You can buy the light aftermarket for $60 vs paying an extra $300 for it. This is what I did
I bought it but will keep the moving stand.
Discount is 36.4649% so stand is 229 x .635351 $145.50 saw is $399 x .635351 = $253.50 (plus tax).
