I've purchased gigabyte motherboards and videocards for about 15 years now. Never had a problem until my rtx 3090 stopped working after a month. The rma process was a mess due to some data breach so they had to redo their rma process. (all this mid pandemic) Thankfully they got it resolved and I was able to send in my card for repair. I sent it to them in mint condition but was returned scratched and dinged up. It my was actual card too…. Wasn't swapped for another. I didn't care about that though. I'm just happy it worked and was back at gaming. I still plan on buying their products in the future!!
DDR 4 RAM and 512GB Storage are not that great. I'm having my eyes at the Acer Helios at BestBuy for $1000. Any one has any experience on this brand or model?
