These are $39.99 in store at costco now
My last razor would get so hot for lack of oil I finally put a couple drops of 2 stroke oil on it since that's all I had.
Pro tip: do not put two stroke oil on your face shaver.

I like corded (no batteries) and made/assembled in America is a plus over 100% China.
any idea what's the difference with this one?
I had actually just ordered a philips shaver multigroom 7000 from Amazon a few days ago for $37.
After seeing this thread, I'm going to cancel the order and just visit Costco tomorrow and buy this 9000 series instead for only a few dollars more.
I just checked on Amazon to see how much the 9000 is on there, and they're selling just the shaver, without all of the extra add ons for $85!
Yep, I'll be visiting my local Costco tomorrow for sure.

I just bought the 7000 (MG7750) from Amazon for $5 less than this. Reviews on it appear far better than this one.
Best I can tell the differences are Titanium (vs Steel) blades and something called "BeardAdapt Sensor", which seems like marketing.
Has anyone actually seen or used both of these? Trying to decide whether to get this MG9000 instead but not seeing a good reason.
