I saw this too and would like some input if this is actually a good deal.
My main complaint is the carry-on is too large, would be better if it was 21" and expandable. No way I could get this on European airlines right?
Otherwise, seems pretty cheap for reputable brand and polycarbonate shell.
That's my concern as well. It's well over the 45" limit for most airlines (by 2+"). While the sizer at the gates is slightly larger than the limit (by an inch), the carry on is still oversized.
Airlines will only get pickier to boost profits, moreso with the budget ones.
It has the right options though and is sold by a good retailer.
I'm confident we'll see additional luggage deals, as they transition to smaller sizes and due to the lack of air travel after COVID.
Anyone knows what's the instore price for this set?
Many reviews said Delsey is better than Samsonite.
Samsonite hasn't been a quality brand for many years. Their warranty is garbage and their customer service is lacking.
What's the point of having a 10 year warranty, if you have to pay to ship them your broken bag. It would be easier to either pay less for a different brand (consider it disposable) or purchase an additional 3rd party warranty and receive a refund instead.

If you look on the product page where it shows the discount in green, it will generally say something like "Product may be available for a lower price in store" or something like that. If not, it is (most likely) going to be the same price in-store as it is online.

At least with Costco, they've got your back.

Online only if your store is out.
Green is sold out.
I'm hoping they will stock a smaller carry on that is not 23" (the current size).
