After I placed my order, the new S22 shows up the next day under In Progress "Current Member activate within 30 days of shipment".

AkumaX said he ordered the next S22 about 5-7 days before his current one finished the terms without interrupting the current phone's promo.
Thanks. I don't know how you keep track of it all.

I'm trying to order 3 different S22's from different accounts and find it confusing to keep track of which trade in goes to which account. I'm guessing you have a system to keep track of the trade in boxes received from Fi or probably do one deal at time.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I'm currently doing two 30-day S22 deals (2nd round) and one P7 deal. I do keep detailed notes of which phone goes with which account, their billing dates, credit cards, etc. I use three browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox) to access those 3 accounts. Easier to tell one from another.

Does the promo for the new S22 show up under Fi savings right after you order?

My promo will "earned" in 4 days. I'm thinking to order an S22+ on the same line. I'm concerned that if I order now it'll mess up the existing promo and ordering in 4 days might be too late if Fi remove the S22 series after the S23 launches tomorrow.
good to see u here, hah! gonna do S22 after P7 under the same line?

48hrs vs First billing statement.
I am trying to do the SIM/30-day discount dance.
Is the 48hr minimum wait recommended because that's how long it usually takes until the first bill shows up on the website?

The 48-hr wait is recommended because if you order too soon there's a good chance that your activation of the S22 will be recognized as "By A New Member" even though the phone was sold to you as an Existing Member. Therefore your checklist will have a yellow exclamation mark that you're not fulfilling the requirements.

Not sure if it was because of the support ticket.. magically both my trade ins reached Nashville on the same day...and out for Delivery on Saturday.. but was missed due to the business being closed on weekend. Hopefully they deliver tomorrow and I can have one less thing to worry :-)

Both my devices were delivered yesterday and I received emails from Fi about receiving the trade in and also the credit. Finally bit of relief. Peace

Doing Fi Deals has its moments of anxiety, but the profit keeps pulling me back in Big Grin

Looking forward to doing the s23 deal if they post it tomorrow like they did with the s22 on February 9th last year. Just hoping it doesn't take until April to get our phones this time.

That or I'll just trade in my fi s22 phone if the price with Samsung.com for the s23 is less than $300. otherwise i might as well just buy another fi phone.

I may be over thinking this, but don't want to risk a $500 there. If I replace my Fi sim with another carrier's sim prior to the end of the 30 day promo period, do I need to uninstall the Fi app or anything? or is it simply a matter of not putting my Fi sim into another phone and keeping my subscription?

I've been using a base 128GB S22 since Sept last year and I'm happy with it. Doing two 30-day S22 deals now. If Fi has a good S23 deal with high trade-in value for an S22 or iPhone11 then I will do it. I'm not going to pay more than $50 to go from an S22 to an S23.

The main thing is not to use your Fi SIM in another phone. You can uninstall the Fi app if you want, but it doesn't report to Fi what other SIMs you're using with your Fi phone.

I mostly need to do it because the battery life on my base s22 is awful

Fi uses T-mobile network. T-Mobile was hacked a few weeks ago, Fi is just covering their @$$ by informing customers.
