Not sure if prices are coming down because of the new styles lutron recently announced but this is a great price for this package.

Nice deal if you want to add 3-way non-dimmer switching to an existing single point light switch that has a neutral wire available. No hub required if you just want to add a second manual switch, and you can add additional Pico remotes to achieve 4 way switching if needed. The Pico remotes can be flush wall mounted anywhere and look like a wired switch with a wall plate.

You'll need the hub to add smart home functionality and automations.

I started off with these switches years ago and think I paid $60 for this kit, so nice deal if you need it.

Yeah these are STEAL prices for someone that needs or wants to replace most house switches

I have paid 45-50 for switch/dimmers alone

I was wondering why a neutral was required on this kit because 7 years ago when I installed one in my old house I didn't need one. I see now there are multiple kits available. I had the dimmer version and it didn't require a neutral and it worked perfectly for years. I'm an electrician and recommend these kits whenever I can because it saves so much money as there is no wire fishing or wall cutting needed. Seems like a great price and I think I know the exact place I could use this. Thanks OP
