Also, about the flex box.... Just be aware that if you never use it, they'll eventually ask for it back. If you don't return it in time, they say they'll charge you something like $300 or more. Xfinity reps will claim this isn't true, but it totally is. You can find reference of it on Reddit, I'm sure. They even threatened to ban me from their forums for saying "untrue things"
