Good find. Needed something that is cheap and can clean toddler stuff in the couch and car. Got the warranty for 3 bucks because I don't trust this thing to last 2+ years.

We bought a different ION a few months ago. Worked fine and we put in the charger. Went to use it the next time and nothing. No power on, charger looked fine, and it was outside the return window. A LOT of similar complaints on the brand and no response when contacting the manufacturer for warranty repair/replacement.

looks like it's basically a handheld vac with attachments on both ends so I wouldn't expect it to pick up much other than crumbs and such

I tested it out today and absolutely love it. This would be perfect for someone who's living in an apartment and just wants a cheap lightweight vacuum. Someone similar said these models often have poor suction, and that's usually very true, but this one claims 12kPa, and for me it definitely suctioned enough to fill up the cache with carpet dirt. I was extremely skeptical of all the five-star reviews, but now I think they're legit. It's surprisingly powerful.

Walmart had 3 yrs warranty for $4 on this thing. So even if it is a cheap POS, when it breaks...
