They specifically said that their security cams could be used without the cloud. This turned out to be a lie. The cameras were still phoning home to Eufy and sending full resolution frame captures to their servers.
I have 2 of their cameras. I will be putting them on eBay and not purchasing anything else from them. They deserve to feel this one in their earnings.

image quality is ok.
It has a mechanical shutter to make it blind.
Their software allows to select from 3 fields of view but if you use it with say zoom, it cannot be controlled while camera is used by zoom.
