What is Visible's unlocking policy?
Smartphones that you purchase from Visible will be locked for 60 days after activation. After 60 days, we will automatically remove the lock unless we have determined or suspect that the device was lost, stolen, or purchased fraudulently.
Once the 60 day period following device activation expires, your phone will be unlocked.

2. Payment failure
Didn't show up on final page either but placed anyway. Worst case i can chat back and return i guess.
They said sometimes promotional items will be omitted from the summary. Not sure why or if its a bug or not. They did say that after meeting all requirements for the promotion, in three months a(the required min service lenght), they will email out a code to redeem. Also gave me a ticket number to reference back to this issue, should I need it.
