OP here. I bought this set from the site a few days ago. It was backordered at the time, but it shipped in two days. It's in transit to me right now. Considering this is a new release with MSRP at $130, this is quite a good price. Most outlets have it at near MSRP right now.
Regarding the set - it's supposed to have 33 discs. First 10 seasons are in original 4:3 while the last two are in widescreen format.
The series was edited 'on tape', and to remaster it in HD, Paramount would have had to scan the original negatives again, and then edit the entire series from scratch. This is a costly process and is the reason why there was no HD release for the series all these years. Most fans (including me) were convinced it'll never happen for a series like Frasier, which is why the release came as quite a surprise.
The series is already streaming in HD in Europe on a region specific service, and they have it in widescreen (cropped from the 4:3 original). There was some fear that Paramount cropped the originals on the blu-ray set as well. But thankfully they didn't, and over at blu-ray.com forums the blu-ray release is getting very good reviews.
Update - the set arrived early. In pristine order. Even though it originally said it's on back order and will take 14 to 45 days to arrive, it came in just 2 days. I was pleasantly surprised with the prompt shipping and also the shipment speed.

I was just going to pick up Season 1 on Vudu for $5, but it's SD. I didn't know there was a HD release for Frasier. I guess I can wait for HD to hit streaming.

Good Deal Thanks for posting. Is this a one time use code? Wondering what else I should add. Need Seinfeld, Northern Exposure, NewsRadio to come out Blu-Ray!
The OG Wonder Years Blu-Ray set would be great as well. Supposedly the DVD version is missing all the music during episodes due to licensing which sucks.

I haven't personally used the code for multiple orders but when I was trying it out it was applying it before filling in any information, and you could just do a PayPal checkout. So I believe you should be able to use it multiple times.
