Arg! It's a great deal. But I just need another $100 off on some magical slick coupon and then I'll bite. My boss raves about this, just recently making amazing meat crisps with the dehydrator function. Such a versatile machine. It cooks, it dehydrates, it RE-hydrates (brings bread back to life). Only thing to know is it is large and needs a place dedicated. He said it puts out a lot of steam so you can't have it under the cabinet. The moisture will ruin the wood.

Never going to be another $100 off. Its lowest ever price was like 420ish and that was because of a coupon mistake.

I'll personally bite when this is ~$450. I don't like how anova presents this as their lowest price ever when it isn't. It has been on sale for low-mid 400s many times.
