beware that they are selling 3-year-old batteries. I ordered multiple sets of these and they sent me the sets that have serial numbers from 2019 and 2020...

Not a big fan of the M12 3.0 battery since it offers no size advantage to the 4 or 6.0 and only one step up in capacity of the much smaller form factor 2.0.

The battery in the OP is nice for M18 tools that benefit from a more compact, lower power capacity battery like drivers, nail guns, etc. In for that deal!

There are two versions of the 3.0, a cp3.0, and a xc3.0, I agree with you on the xc3.0, might as well have the 4.0, the 6 is a hair thicker but not much, the cp3.0 however is small just like the cp2.0, but I rarely see deals on those
