I purchased all Samsung appliances for 2 homes that I own, fridge, stoves, micro, DW, washer and dryer, spent over 12k.
They have ALL had problems, ALL are peeling in less than a year, ice makers don't work, fridges don't hold temp, dishwashers leak and have electrical issues,,,ALL of which are well documented online. Google my brother.

Bespoke is basically the new redesign model. Models hang around for years. Bespoke moved the ice maker from the fridge compartment and put it where it should be in the freezer section. I have this model minus the screen. Everything is good about it with the exception of the ice maker. It freezes up and you have to medium heat hair dryer the ice maker ever 6 weeks. There are youtubes with steps to seal it. Some more complex than others. I have done several, but nothing fully keeps fridge moisture out of the ice maker section. All things considered its a good fridge. If I were buying a Samsung now I would buy the Bespoke fridge. Most brands are not made to last. We have a couple no frills GE fridges at work and they get used hard and do their primary function perfectly.

Bespoke is supposedly better. I read in one of the posts here that the bespoke has upgraded hub and also had addressed the problems with the ice maker . I however don't like the hidden handle feature in bespoke. I bought this very fridge for 2500 in July this year. Apart from the fact that it is next to impossible to remove the lower drawer for cleaning , it has been good so far . Don't want to jinx it Smilie !

Just curious, normally people spend $12k will do a little more research before purchase. How did you end up buying $12k when it's all well documented online ?

piece of junk according to Consumers Reports. Samsung fridges are bad in general, too. Just do a research and you will see tons of bad reviews. Too many problems with bad services. The only thing good is it is sold by Costco so you hope to get better services through Costco

Stay far, far, away from Samsuck appliances. If you do, buy the longest warranty possible. The fridges make whirling noise and the water filter vibrates like heck after a year. It will cost you at least $500 to get it fixed. If they even have repair person in your area. I've learned my lesson with buying their crap.

Just got rid of our Samsuck fridge 2 weeks ago after multiple ice maker fixes and then the compressor crapped out. Had it for 4 years and did without the ice maker. Cost to fix the compressor was over $1,000. Ended up getting a Whirlpool at my local best buy outlet.
