I like that it has 16 channel to be able to expand

In general:
1) more affordable IP PoE cameras use more affordable components and thus smaller sensors and thus do not do well in low light conditions. ( Reolink makes affordable IP PoE cameras and NVRs and uses more affordable components .. )
2) Reolink has numerous reported issues with compatibility with other OEMs, and thus can not easily add a better Hikvision or Dahua OEM camera with a larger sensor to the Reolink NVR
3) Reolink does not make ( so far that I have seen ) cameras with larger sensors . instead cheats a bit on the firmware to make low light STILL images look better that the expense of moving images.
Thus if you need low light image capture I would look for a Hikvision or Dahua OEM cameras with larger sensors ( 4MP and 1/1.8" or 8MP and 1/1.2" )

Looks like a Dahua OEM NVR and Cameras ..
The Cameras have small sensors .. 1/2.8" for 8MP .. thus unlike past times when Lorex sold 1/1.8" and 8MP cameras in some of their kits .. I would skip this kit if you need better low light performance.
Rather a disappointment to me that you can not find larger sensor cameras from many brands.
imho, better to spend more and get better cameras .. or get fewer better cameras.
