Under Armour's site has been abominable for weeks. I placed multiple orders almost 2 weeks ago, and this morning I again received two more emails saying the items are Out of Stock. I spoke to a supervisor around the same time I made these orders about 2 weeks ago. She assured me I would be receiving my orders. Almost two weeks later I get OOS emails? Really? She had told me the website was being worked on, and items that are showing in stock will most likely be cancelled by their system. I'm not sure what to do, because I'm sick and tired of speaking to them, and this was a Supervisor, who obviously had no clue what she was talking about.

UA changed the way they apply the 40% off ID.me discount... It used to discount 40% from the discount/sale price but now they take 40% off from the original price, so the ID.me discount doesn't add much to already discounted 30% off item.

It doesnt seem like you can stack 40% off Id.me discount. That would be slick.


The "normal" 40% off id.me is better than 37% off (30%off + 10% off)

Does UA usually have better sale on BF?

Not sure what you bought.

I bought shoes Sunday @ 8pm, shipped Monday at 10am, delivered by Tuesday at 4pm.

It's frustrating.. it used to work that way but wanted to buy some stuff for gifts and now it reverts back to normal price.

I was trying to order items a few months ago and could not place an order regardless of the browser or how I tried to order. It eventually redeemed my gift card even though an order never went through. Call CS and she couldn't place an order either, but did send me a new gift card. She did mention they had switched to a new inventory/online backend system and skus and things were all messed up. Said it had been a continuing problem.

Yeah. Kind of makes shopping there worthless. It was nice to get 40% off of outlet and sale prices. Not it's basically 10% off as everything is on sale. Frustrating and not worth the effort anymore.
