The $200 TVs look like complete dog shit and this is arguably the best TV money can buy?

The $200 TVS = Ford Pinto
LG OLED C2 = Bugatti

Do they bundle with a gift card to circumvent LG's pricing requirements?

Good deal on the 55". I'm debating.

I can vouch for the seller. I bought a 65" LG OLED from Buydig through urlhasbeenblocked and transaction was flawless.

Description on the 55 says $150 gift card in the details. But title says $125. Very tempted.

Been eyeing the c2 42. So that makes it effectively 847. Pretty sure that's the best it can get these holidays right?

no burn in issues?? I have a 55" b7 and a 77" c1 but the idea of using this for productivity makes me uneasy re: burn in

Bought 2 of the original c1s a couple years ago. Been used as both movies and gaming. One went to my son who games way to much. Needless to say never had a hint of burn in with his hard-core gaming on them

You will have image retention not burn in. Try using dark mode. Many people do this, I am getting an a2 since I don't game and only watch tv/ work on a laptop. It's not worth the extra 300 for marginal improvement in my dark ish office

I use a 55" LG OLED mounted to my wall above my desk as a monitor. The stupid protection kept blanking out the screen and it was too dim for my liking. Ultimately I had to order a special maintenance remote to disable ithe blanking and crank up the brightness and now have image retention all over the place.

Still fine as a monitor but great way to destroy an OLED Smilie. Bought mine cheap on CL so don't really care and would do it again. For productivity it's amazing.
