Been eyeing the c2 42. So that makes it effectively 847. Pretty sure that's the best it can get these holidays right?
Maybe, seems like demand is high. Not sure $50 is worth a return hassle. Not 100% sure I'm going to love it as a daily monitor.

Return hassle is why I'm not biting yet. 42" is still a bit big for a 4k monitor. I want my pixel density a bit higher, so waiting for the rumored 32" or 27".

The best deal I seen was buying directly from Amazon, $896 with 10% back in rewards when using the Amazon Credit Card. Drops the price close to $800.

Good deal on the 55". I'm debating.

I can vouch for the seller. I bought a 65" LG OLED from Buydig through urlhasbeenblocked and transaction was flawless.
I was looking at this deal but could not verify the warranty. I even called CPS and they did say but in was covered but reviews were all over the place

Yeah saw this earlier but it looks like a pre Black Friday pricing from a month ago. For example, 55" in your link comes with a $75 gift card whereas in the current posting, the gift card value has been increased to $125. Hoping for the 65" to come further down in price in the next few days!

ELI5 what makes this so much better than the plethora of $200 TVs this size?
O to the L to the E to the D. Go to a nearby BestBuy Experience center (I think they call it Magnolia or something) and see it yourself!

You will have image retention not burn in. Try using dark mode. Many people do this, I am getting an a2 since I don't game and only watch tv/ work on a laptop. It's not worth the extra 300 for marginal improvement in my dark ish office
Doesn't matter w 4 year burn in warranty..

I have a different concern though. My use case is 60% productivity and 40% console gaming on ps5. Don't want to compromise - which are the best monitors out there for best contrast for productivity so black text on excelsheets and code is legible but also the colors pop & high enough refresh (120hz) on a days gone or last of us which is capable of producing good brightness hdr in a sunny room. Around 600-800$ is a good compromise for the deals i am looking for…I think 27 inch best fits my use case & highly prefer flatscreen but can live with a 32 incher if i have to…i came across tempest cooler gp27u, evo dough spectrum 27incher 4k, gigabyte 28 inches 4k as possible options. Unsure if i should wait for philips qd oled… alienware qd oled being a widescreen and curved is not preferred, same with samsung neo g series. Samsung does have a 4k 28 in flatscreen but only hdr 400, & doesn't have hdmi 2.1…any inputs would be much appreciated, Invite others who have researched or OGs to please comment w your experience !!!

The $200 TVs look like complete dog shit and this is arguably the best TV money can buy?

The $200 TVS = Ford Pinto
LG OLED C2 = Bugatti

you should really read their return policy if you have any doubt that you might consider not keeping the TV.

Was this the one that was down to 750 at best buy a while back in that flash sale or was it more?

Debating whether to jump on this or wait a little longer. Great price as is though.
