I own a pair and besides making me look like i have chunky steel bolts coming out of my head when wearing them, one side constantly drops out. These buds use a master/slave connection scheme where one ear bud relays the source signal to the other. It's a terrible design and B&O never figured out how to get it right. When they did work, on and off for a week before I gave up, they sounded amazing. But totally not worth the money.

Even at 66% off, a total waste of money.

FYI: this model has the connection issue between L&R. Not recommend
That is the issue of 1st gen I think.

This is like one of those outlier brands that may not pair as easily as my EarPods but are that much better in terms of sound quality that I end up using them almost exclusively.
Outlier brands ?.... The brand has existed for quite a while and carries weight, their gear has appeared in movies for quite a long time as well

All good, I think by outlier all that was meant was less mainstream than say Apple, Samsung, Jabra etc. Probably not the best choice of word.

Audiophiles know the deal obviously.
Just to clarify. They aren't an "outlier" brand, but they aren't audiophile either. More like mid-fi.

I own one set and it is terrible. It's not worth $100 or even $30 new. If you want mine, I would take $25 for it. Mine is the second gen.

This deal is for the 3rd generation. Has anyone out there had personal, firsthand experience with these? It seems the L/R issue is for the 1st or 2nd generation, can anyone confirm what generation is the problem?

I thought the 3rd generation are smaller? Could you be referring to the 1st or 2nd gen?

I should be receiving mine on Wednesday and can check back and let you know - tested them all day today.

Edit- No issues … matter of fact that last firmware update in March of this year addressed "connectivity between left and right ear buds" for what that's worth
