This one or the Vizio m512a-h6 5.1.2 soundbar set? Which is a better entry point to mid range sound for things like Atmos?

Glad to see this is back. I've had my eye on this soundbar…checked it out at Best Buy, it's crazy small! Great deal, thanks OP

How's this compared to the Costco Samsung soundbar deal for 229.99? I know it doesn't have Alexa built in.

Got mine for a couple of days. Really surprised by the size - both the bar and the woofer are very compact. Equally surprised by how large the sound it produces. Dialogues are very clear and the bass is impactful. I find the Standard mode gives the most balanced sound. I didn't bother to try to make my own EQ adjustments (don't feel the need to). If you have a Samsung TV (recent few years models) the Wi-Fi connection is really a good benefit - one fewer wire (especially that it doesn't support eARC), and delivers more advanced sound than Bluetooth. Overall I am very happy with the purchase. I don't know about $1000 but well worth $350.

From all the thread reading it seems Samsung and Sonos are solid products that people like. What is the solid sound bar I can start with? I would love some feedbacks! Thank you in advance!

Most people asking "this or..." can be well serviced by checking out rtings.com for comparisons.
