I think the bundle does include UHD version for the first movie.. If you click the details it lists UHD for that one, but still I'd wait on a bundle that has 4K for both. I actually prefer the sequel to the original largely because of Joan Cusack's role.

The only resolution permission included in any purchase is dictated by the blue 'buy' button, not the available max resolution for a given movie.
