Got mine for the last time it was $1399. Love(d) it. However last week I developed the error where half of the screen became all pixelated and would turn on/off every view seconds while showing the "OLED Security by Knox" flash screen. Completely fried.

Now I have been waiting for the third party Samsung repair service provider in in my area to "hopefully" get the backordered part. Already has been a week. Terrible process so far with the repair. Nobody on Samsung's customer service side seems aware of what to do, and the third party service repairer's seem shoddy at best according to other's experience online.

Like I said, absolutely loved the TV when it was functioning. But be aware this is a first generation product and technology. You will be the beta tester for it. Still don't fully regret the decision of getting it.
I'm logging in with my employee account and just showing me $1800 not $1400, anyone else?

(*Edit) It's 4:40am and I just went to bed now lol. After messing with it for the longest time and talking with Samsung support chat I figured it out and finally fixed the discount issue.

I tried the shop Samsung app on my phone and also the Samsung website on my computer using Edge/Chrome browser with all cookies/cache cleared and same issue. I logged into my employee account on the Samsung website using my employee email address but no discount ever appeared. I spoke with Samsung support through their website chat and they created a custom cart link to purchase it but same issue no discount.

What FINALLY worked is I had to go to the Perks at Work website which I never use https://www.perksatwork.com and login there then click on the Samsung website so that way Perks at work redirected me to Samsung then I added the 65" TV to cart and it showed up for $1400. I bitched to their Samsung support chat earlier about no discount showing up so they threw in the 2 year Samsung+ care plan for free at least. I did store pickup at my local Best Buy store instead of having the TV ship to me. Looks like Best Buy is closed for Thanksgiving so guess I'll have to pick it up Black Friday...oh God the crowds.

I've had a 10 year old 55" Sony 1080P TV upstairs as my main living room TV for all these years so about time for an upgrade. Time for bed...way too late.
Shows 1400 for me and adds a free Xbox controller to the cart for some reason

What kind of discount program are you using an employee one from your work place or something else?

Once I add it to cart the price changed to $1400. I just bought mine less than a week ago at $1620. Will they credit me the difference?

I hate the Samsung website for these discount programs sooooo much. I logged into the shop Samsung app and even logged into a browser on computer still shows $1800. Even shows on the top of the website I'm logged in and getting EPP discount supposedly but nothing.
