It seems microcenter is $235 after rebate and it is still in stock in some areas (but probably not long). I reserved one there since I don't this will come back at this price at Newegg or Amazon (but I will keep refreshing regardless!)

Looks like Newegg fixed their mistake. In stock, but 230 dollars now.

Actually microcenter doesn't appear to be decrementing their displayed stock quantity after ordering. I have a feeling 100 people are going to place an order for the 3 cards at my local store... Looks like this is a risky option too.

For what it may be worth, looks like folks on the Reddit buildapcsales are saying that Amazon does qualify as a retailer for the purposes of the rebate. Apparently you can select Amazon from the drop down list on the submission.

If anyone is still monitoring this after the fact, I mailed my MIR as soon as I received my card and they processed payment in less than ONE day based on tracking receipt of delivery. The money has already been sent to my account via Zelle. I used USPS certified mail on a regular stamped envelope.
