Good deal for now. If it was 3080 16GB, I would buy without thinking. 3070 ti is OK, but VRAM can be tight for qhd games. Looking to replace my 1080 ti desktop and a 3080 16GB 165W will do that nicely.

Is this the same as the predator helios 300 jarrod reviewed? Seems like the logo at the back is different though but is the performance the same and logo design only difference?

Frankly, this would be an ok deal for new laptop. Refurb at this price point with 300 nits display it's just not very good.

Acer laptops are notorious for screen bleeds, dead pixels etc. If you don't plan to use the screen, then it's a good deal.
