What's the difference between the 7 and the 11? I tried looking it up, but can't find much

Do any of these instant cameras also have an SD card option? I'm worried about my kiddo going through all the film in 2 minutes.

I believe the only difference is the 11 has a little reflective square on the front for selfies as well as a dual focus points on the 11, again for selfies (the lens pops into another position for closer shots and pops in for further distance, not a zoom, just better focus)

The Instax Mini Evo and Mini LiPlay have the ability to let you store and transfer the photos to your phone and pick what you print. I think they also function as a printer so you can print photos from your phone.

The LiPlay ones have a built in memory -- it basically takes a digital photo and then "prints" it onto instant film. It sounds great on paper, and lets you pick which ones you want to "print" (so it saves money) but the images and prints don't really look the same? They look like an old cell phone photo. This might not matter to some, but I wasn't a big fan of it. Awesome idea though! I just wish it used both the analog + digital for that (saving a digital photo of the analog shot taken at the same time)

I bought one of these for my daughter (for a LOT more money) and the quality is horrible! I returned it and got her a cheap smart phone and a Canon Ivy printer. She loves it! The app for the printer is great. You can add fun borders and graphics to your pics before you print them. Highly recommend going that route.

Compared with instax mini 7+, instax mini 11 has the following Shooting Modes: Auto-Exposure, Selfie Mode, Macro Mode.

Ivy is fun but the quality of printing has degraded severely after about 2 years of use. Lines through every print. 🤷🏼 ♀️Basically unusuable now.
