The Harry Potter wand is available at Amazon for $3.99 (Hermione wand is out of stock), but it won't be arriving until after Christmas. So much for 2-day Prime shipping.

For me, even though I am Prime, my shipping is: Arriving Dec 24, 2022 - Jan 26, 2023 (only 1 choice for shipping)
This is sold & shipped by Amazon.
I guess you are a more valued 'Prime' member than me, though it went OOS for you.

I bought more wands from Target for Christmas gifts, though shipping requires a $35 order (so I chose in-store pickup -- but I risk cancellation of my order if they don't really have it in stock or the wands get taken by in-store shoppers with the Black Friday crowds).
