    Maybe for lower temps. Sous Vide usually requires freezer ziplocks. These are standard.

    Not exactly comparable since these are stand-and-fill design. That feature may be useful for those that freeze a lot of soups and sauces, etc. If it is not then GV bags would be the way to go. Also if you slow ship you can grab a dollar credit for digital if that matters to you.
