How does Office 2021 compare to the 2019 version? I hear that since Microsoft began pushing cloud subscriptions, they removed many features for the standalone versions, like 2021.
Does anyone know where to get a reasonably priced Professional standalone version.
Because this deal is an authentic Microsoft serial number that you can legitimately own without any concern for life - and stands zero chance of becoming rejected by Microsoft as an off-license (MSDN not-for-resale, corporate unused, etc.) repurposed "license" code.
This one is real, the other one is from one of the many marketplace reseller sections of transaction hubs where "NerdUsed" is ultimately the seller. "NerdUsed" utilizes limited time promotions of off-license install codes through the following sites: GameSpot, PC World, StackSocial, FastKeys, SoftKeyWorld, Click2Save, AppleInsider, etc. Whether people pay $2 or $40 for those codes, they're all in the same category. People are willing to pay more if "NerdUsed" posts his deals in more credible marketplaces sections from places like StackSocial, Dallas Click2Save, GameSpot, etc., but NerdUsed acquires his codes for zero or near-zero cost.
People can buy a Blu-Ray movie disk in India, China, or Russia for 80% less, even though they are merely re-pressed copies. Although that's also "off-license", at least those can't ever be revoked by the publisher I suppose. Any NerdUsed code purchases can be. A working install code does NOT imply a legal license.
Authentic, yes. Within the terms of the key's license, questionably "no."
I bought a couple and checked with a MSP who checked them with his MS contact and verified they were authentic before i activated them. How S.S./C.G. is sourcing them for that price, who knows. But MS doesn't seem to care.

Again, zero proof that wasn't real. Just a couple of reddit posts saying "Key bad, made my tummy hurt." I've seen just as much evidence online for JFK Jr being alive yet anyone off meds know that isn't true.

There is always a "chance" at everything.

Wait until you find out about video game websites like GOG, Green Man Gaming, Humble who buy keys "for zero or near-zero cost" then resell them for pennies on the dollar....LEGALLY.

Again, big difference between an anonymous street vendor in Morocco and all these websites you could name off the top of your head. The fact you know the names of one set but couldn't guess at the others shows the ever so slight difference in scale and visbality. And why has Microsoft made no attempt to stop these websties? Don't you think that is odd? Why do you know their names but Bill Gates can't figure it out

Again, you have no grip on reality if you think this is the same thing functionally. The SWAT team isn't kicking down doors because you bought a copy of the Expendables 37 on DVD while in vacation in Cancun. They have no way to know about it.

And a fool on a soapbox saying random words does not imply he knows what he is talking about.
And again, if anyone has proof of their claims....I'm all ears. No proof = conjecture. Sounds to me you all are just mad you paid full price so you cast shade everywhere there is a better deal.
Local install version gives you basic stuff like edit/save files. etc. Many of the recent fancy features (that 99% users never heard of) are only going to the online subscription version only.
