That worked. As returning customer, I logged out of windscribe web, turned off windscribe vpn, entered the code + different email address, and viola. Thank you. Previous account expires tomorrow, and didn't want to give up a month by using other recent deals.

Edit: the email I received for confirmation said 10GB, but the account page says PRO. What do I have?

The account page is likely the truth. Also this purchase was for Pro so you should be good there.

I just added the code to my existing account and Windscribe added the 3 years.

I get there's some affection for this service , but I've waited two full days for Any response; and the website is just maddening to use... Does anyone actually work there in Customer service? Or is it all automated bots? Feels like trying to reach my ISP

I went down this route thinking i was charged the discounted amount. Looked at my credit card and it actually charged the full amount with no discount. Receipt actually shows the coupon applied but it appears to have glitched and charged full. Check your statements and request refund

I checked and it was $60.64 total.
I always use privacy.com as my payment method, never my actual card.
You can create virtual cards and set an exact limit.

Make SURE the coupon code is entered,and correct price is showing! The damn thing froze on my browser, then warped ahead to paid before any page allowed code entry. Eight emails later, there is ZERO functional support to actually help after you purchase. Not a huge loss, but NOT the advertised deal & their "service dept" is just an automated TROLL that claims I haven't responded. VPN works at least, but G0d help anyone that needs to reach help there

Pretty sure it just says that. It puts a date like 10 years out. It will auto update
