IMHO slightly better than the costco bundle, because the stand and bench are adjustable and you get a metal pedal.

This pedal is not the Official roland one with half damper (you don't really the official one) but know that they're different.

The stand and bench does not look as nice as the costco bundle but they are technically more functional. That said, if you're a fattie like myself, be careful, these chairs might explode under you.

This deal does look like it'd be good for a lot of people.

At first, I assumed the bundled items would be worthless, but it looks like only the headphones are worthless (to me anyway). In the end, I chose it over the Casio S3000 deal. That might technically be a better deal, but this better suits my needs.

I just bought it. I've been stalking this piano on and off for years casually. I'm a total beginner who has never played piano in his life before. But after watching a ton of videos and reviews I figured if I did buy one it was gonna be this one. XD I've never played an instrument before and I bought an acoustic guitar years back that's been collecting dust. Was this a good decision to buy this piano? D: I also feel like it was the best price since the last time it was this cheap was 2019 and at that point it in time it came with a wooden stand too although I don't have space for any of that so I'm glad that didn't come with it this time haha. Was this a bad buy?

Thank you so much! I really appreciate it. Are you also learning? What all resources have you been using / would recommend to start from scratch?

No, buy one of those 65 inch tvs for $300 and wall mount it in front of the piano to display sheetmusic. Be a TRUE slickdealer. yummy

Best way to learn is through a good piano in-person teacher. It's costly over time and I can confirm with the thousands spent on my kids piano lessons over the years. But when the pandemic hit, I too wanted to learn the piano and did not go with the in-person lesson for various reasons. I looked around for online lessons and decided on Pianote. It has a large community, tons of video lessons and even has 2 paths (Foundations, Method) to choose from that would take you from the fundamentals to the more advanced techniques, At your own pace. To top it off, the teachers are outstanding,

Good Luck!

I'm split between this, the Casio S3000 deal (same price but would require stand and stool). Any thoughts? They look comparable in features although the Casio is supposed to be an intermediate and this is supposed to be entry level for Roland.

This or the fp-30x for 749 bundle? I am picking the piano back up after a decade of not playing when I was very young and want to know if I will regret getting the fp-10 if I outgrow it.

So I think this has the exact same key set as the FP-30 if that helps. It's really just about other features. The piano action is the same.

is a stand like this stable enough for serious piano action?
wont be crazy itll be for my elderly mom and a 5th grader niece but who is also very clumsy.

wondering if it might be better to get one with the actual frame mimicking a real piano
