I guess it depends on how you use it, but for me it started to get nasty around the year mark then after a year and a half I didn't really want to use it anymore. Didn't buy applecare+ on my ipad so couldn't do anything about it. I went back to logitech cases because they're much more sturdy and offer more drop protection. These have a better design and I like pass through charging though.

Typing from my keyboard purchased the day they came out. I use it daily for work. It outlasted the iPad (now I'm using it with an M2). Please stop spreading misinformation.

Why would I spread misinformation? Not like I stand to gain from people not buying the magic keyboard. Do a little research and you'll find that reddit especially is full of people complaining about this keyboard having durability problems

More reason why buying brand new for over $250 has little to no benefits whereas Apple May introduce the next iteration of this magic keyboard with function keys for $499.99 sooner than later. $349is already expensive anyways.
