I agree the size for cost merits the ???. However I can can confirm that over the years of owning these they definitely have proportionately lasted longer than the lower mAh packs I've owned. Which confirms for me they are as advertised. I could wax on about it but long story short for 15 bucks I've been more than happy with the purchase of these and haven't felt ripped off. I've probably purchased 30 or so over 3 to 4 years. I've given them away as part of employee, small business, xmas presents. Everyone has been happy with them. Most importantly it has saved a lot of in car headaches having 4 kids... Most recently it's allowed me to stream all 4 world cup games each day while I'm on a job site working for 12 hrs. I'm the most skeptical person on deals and ultimately I view this as a good deal.

"5v USB/Type-C Input, Dual 12w USB Output" I hope I'm reading this wrong but this makes it seem like the usb c port is used only for input charging the power bank and output is via usb a only.

I won't pass on it. Its a good deal and just 15 bucks. The opportunity cost of missing out on it doesn't make sense. Walmart has the most generous return policy on earth and vendors know if they hit the Walmart holy grail of being listed they shouldn't mess it up by being a fraud. If I'm gonna take a gamble on a product Walmart beats Amazon or any other website any day of the week. To each his own. But since you felt it valuable to add your insight into why you aren't hitting a deal I'll wager my substantially higher reputation points as to why someone should.

Here ya go. USB-C output. Its only 22.5 W output and cost almost twice the $15 dollar price point that this post is listed at but it gets close to what you are looking for. $29 bucks for the specs you desire.. https://www.amazon.com/INIU-Porta...B07YPY31FL

All phone and tablet purchases I have ever seen come with regular USB charging. This post is more for what everyday folks use, ie 98% of folks that need charging capability. You are correct, this post is not for the fringe charging community. Those chargers are going to cost y'all substantially more. Here is one that will provide what you need at almost 2x the price point. https://www.amazon.com/INIU-Porta...B07YPY31FL
