US Mobile gave me a TERRIBLE hassle when I tried to port my number out after a previous free trial. Their customer verification system needs more work. First I validated the email address on the account, but then was asked to still call in to speak to a service rep. The service rep had me sign in to the account and verify the remaining days and expiration date of my current trial, but then said it did not match what was showing on their system. I had a screenshot of the dash and they still could not accept that. So then I had to go back in the account and literally create 3 answers to 3 security questions while on the call, and then read off my answers to him. I'm pretty sure the rep could hear my frustration at this rigamrole when I gave him three identical and wholly irrelevant answers.

If you know you're going to just dispose of the number after the trial, then free 100 day trial is still a free 100 day trial. But just be aware of possible hassles if you need to port out at the end.

I've had US Mobile for a couple months. So far its great. I'm using the Verizon network / sim and 5G gets high priority. 4G does get deprioritized if busy. I swapped from Total by Verizon when I couldn't activate my Pixel 7. US Mobile activated with esim and card on my Pixel 7 and hotspot works fine. Highly recommend so far. Wish I had gotten in on this!

This may be a ticket out of T-Mobile and return after 90 days as a new customer to get their new customer deals.

Just to clarify this comment all data gets prioritized if you own a 5g phone.

I used US Mobile during the pandemic since I wasn't out and about too often and it was sufficient for phone calls and texts while on WiFi. Once things lifted and I started to commute again I realized the Data deprioritization is real and almost makes this unusable, you get what you pay for. If you're usually on WiFi and not Data this will be a great cost savings over the big named carriers. If you aren't and need good consistent data connection and speeds look elsewhere.

So what happens after 100 days? I guess the $15 plan will be auto renewed? How much is the final cost per month?
You will be enrolled into unlimited basic plan.

With additional fees, it will be nearly $20/month.

Any way to buy now and activate in 14 days? My Mint Mobile Unlimited plan still has 2 weeks left.

I've been using US Mobile for a year now. Initial set up was really painful, I had to use several SIM cards on my phone and my wife's phone and talk to customer service for many hours. One other line went smoothly though.

We both have 5g devices and have had no problems with throttling. Signal works as well as Verizon (we came from Mint, and Verizon before that). Only had one problem where my wife's phone stopped receiving texts and phone calls. It took a few hours (over 2 days) of talking to support to eventually get her eSIM reset.

Overall cost for 3 lines of 8 GB of pooled data is $44.44 for us, with an extra $2/GB if needed. The cost savings, for the quality of mobile signal, is well worth the few issues we had. On the plus side, their support does try hard.

I have had US mobile for a couple months and it is decent. Alright in Indiana, but kind of lack luster in West Virginia. They recently updated the app, so everything is decent. Customer service is okay. However, I have never had issues. I have a pixel 4a and use the Verizon

US Mobile is pretty good. Add $5/line for taxes and fees. Visible is cheaper, but US Mobile is better, if you've got 1 line. At 4 lines US Mobile premium with the perks is a good deal.
