This is less than 100wh and is allowed in flights. You are confusing the power output (140w) and the battery capacity (24000mah x 3.7v)

False.
Normally, power banks with a battery capacity lower than 27,027mAh (100 watt-hours) can be legally and safely taken on a flight.

I got 2 of these last time. Man they're nice. So fast, and they charge THEMSELVES up really fast too. The little display also tells you how much longer til it's charged up.

How would you even charge this thing? Do you need a separate adapter?

Are you sure? Flights have limit of 100Wh, this battery is 24k mAh. 100Wh is like 27k mAh?

Does anyone know of a battery pack with at least 100 output via usb-c that has a built in wall plug?

I'd like to carry one hybrid charger and battery pack in one when traveling that can output 100W via USB-C when connected to the wall and has 5,000-10,000mAh to use in portable mode

Basically something like this charger but with a built in wall plug

Though it can theoretically output 140w, the battery itself is 24,000mAh, or only 24 Ah. 24Ah * 3.7 v is only 88.8 Watt hours, below the TSA 100 Watt hour limit.

The QA on the page says:

5. Is the power bank allowed on flights?
Yes, it is flight-approved and allowed on a plane.

I don't have one, but the Anker 733 Power Bank sounds like what you want.
