I wouldn't necessarily hire someone with no other related experience with just these certs. To me, these types of certs are more of a confirmation you know what you're doing. With that said, I've also interviewed certified candidates who were completely incompetent.

If you have no relevant experience, I recommend contributing to Open Source projects and creating your own playground projects in GitHub so you can show them off in your resume. This shows your employers you are interested and passionate about tech and also gives them a chance to review your code.

keep applying for jobs until someone gives you a chance. keep educating yourself either with projects as some have suggested or pursue additional certs until someone does. Took a friend of mine about 400 applications before he got hired. He was close a couple of times, but he kept applying and eventually converted one into an offer.

A lot of average managers won't hire anyone unless they have experience. A lot of great managers look for the ability to learn and the motivation/ambition to actually do something. You'll hate working for the former and you'll grow and find that the sky's the limit with the latter.
