Not to nitpick, but this is called a track saw (in case folks have an alert for it). For those who need to break down sheet goods, this is a must. I have this one with the Powertec tracks and it works great. Get another track with connectors to make sure you can rip a full 8 foot sheet. Also get a 4x8 sheet of 1 inch insulating foam to use as a backer. Easy to use on a garage floor.

For the most accuracy, you'd really want a miter saw. But a circular saw with a guide (i.e. straight edge block of wood) should be good enough.

Can you confirm this doesn't have a charger no batteries, correct? I have been waiting for a deal but also need a charger and batteries. I am into Milwaukee system. I heard they are coming out with a track saw too.
