I ordered my wife the Moab 2 Speed the other day when they were on sale for $70.99, and I only used a 20% off code. Today they are $57.99, but I was using the $20/75 Amex Offer, so basically even with taking the sale and better coupon into account, I would end up paying the same $59.xx as I am now. Of course, I could find something else to add to the cart to get back over $75 and get an extra ~$25 worth of stuff, but I didn't see another paid that I wanted for myself.
Also, the WINTER25 code seems to work only on shoes. The TX7SMS20 code that I used works on your entire order.
Update -- found a pair to order for myself (the Oakcreek), combined with my wife's sneakers it came out to $80 after tax. I did a chat on the website, and they are waiving the usual $5 return fee because I had placed a second order. I had another AMEX card to use with the $20/75 offer.
I used to wear Merrells constantly, but the quality definitely has declined in the last 6-8 years. They dropped/changed some of their shoe styles, and the newer ones are heavier, hotter, and less durable. The included insoles are an absolute joke. And Wolverine's customer service is horrible.
For these prices, comparable to Columbia, they're worth it, I suppose, but for prices closer to the MSRP, there are much better alternatives like Keen. There's a good sale at Keen right now, incidentally.
between the sale price, Winter 25% off, 12% cash back, & AMEX $20 off 75... I got each Alpine Sneaker I bought for $28 OTD so I think I did alright
Enjoy your world, but many people disagree. I doubt Merrell sells counterfeits from their website and in their stores but sure.
You mean people disagree on things? You're kidding! Quality is both subjective and objective, sometimes people see what they want to see. Also many people parrot what others say online and never actually have any firsthand experience with products. I buy Costcos merino wool socks. If you read the reviews 25% say the quality is not what they use to be, 50% say the quality is as good as ever. Are they both lying?

This reminds of one clown on here arguing with me that All-Clad pans are much better quality that a brand costing fraction of the price because All Clad pan faired much better in YouTube video when you beat them against concrete LMAO
No longer European owned/manufactured... China... And the quality reflects that.
I purchased a pair of MOAB 2s a couple years back. Within a month the boot strap ripped out and after 2 or 3 months the entire outer sole came unglued.

LOL, this is a cliche cultural stereotype that is said without thought. Please find out where it is indeed made before making comment. Could it be American quality?

Maybe he meant it was HIGHER quality because of the fine Chinese craftsmen. Then who's stereotyping! /s

Merrell, never again.
Are these better than Columbia's?
