logitech mice are "superior" so to speak. Over half of pro players in most esports are using the g pro superlight and before that they used the g pro wireless.

With that being said, you should always find the mouse shape and weight that feels best to you because every mouse nowadays has an amazing sensor and the difference from mice really comes down to weight distribution, total weight and shape of the mouse. A mouse is a mouse.. it's like asking what's the best sensitivity, you can only point to a certain "range" of sensitivities. Everyone will prefer something different. As long as the mouse sensor is modern, shape and weight is going to be what matters most and not brand name.

My recommendations would be -

Ambidextrous mice -
1. g pro x superlight
2. g pro wireless
3. logitech g305 (amazing budget option, shape is incredible but on the heavier side)
g pro shape is just king right now.

Ergonomic mice -
1. Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro Wireless
2. Pulsar Xlite v2 wireless
3. Logitech g703 (if they ever make a superlight version of this mouse, I imagine it will skyrocket in popularity, it's a heavy mouse)

All of these will last a long time. I will point out that one really good pro player does use the razer basilisk ultimate so I wouldn't say it's a bad mouse at all.

ordered it, instead of having to drive to GS for it, this is the better option.

the g pro x is the superlight version.. the superlight version is "better" if you want a lighter mouse and slightly better glides. Also they fixed the double clicking issue that's relevant on the regular g pro. Superlight doesn't have that issue. With that being said, g pro is still the mouse over half of pro players used before the g pro superlight came out and it's the exact same mouse just heavier.

I got this ($50) and the superlight ($85). Personally think it is worth the $35 increase in price plus you get a less obnoxious color scheme.

This Logitech or the Balisk Ultimate Hyperspeed from Razor? I haven't gotten a high quality mouse before. Preferable to get one that lasts.

I tried doing light gaming with an MX Master 2S and it was too clunky for most games that required slightly faster point-and-clicking. If you're not really doing that and mainly using the mouse for productivity, then MX Master. Otherwise, first-person and multiplayer games I would go with the G Pro.

Currently I'm playing football manager and civ 6. Nothing FPS. Maybe some RPG and some kinda war Sim in the future.
