I was upset that the $99.99 Ender 2 Black Friday deal sold out, but was able to find this. I'm not sure what the stock is like, but it seems like a good deal — especially for Walmart+ folks who get free shipping.

Thanks so much! Great price. Have an Ender 5 pro already, which we love. This will definitely be a nice secondary unit for now. Great find! $189 directly from Creality, so excellent savings!

In for 1. First printer. By the sounds of it, a solid machine for beginners... especially at this price.
Thanks OP
Word of advice: proper assembly is far more important than people realize. Make sure you are assembling the machine on a FLAT...LEVEL surface. I'd also assemble the entire frame loosely then tighten once all frame pieces are connected to make sure the machine is 'square.' In my opinion 95% of non-temperature and non-slicing related problems are due to a printer that is not square. Peoeple will then replace parts to 'fix' the printer when in reality they are actually just reassembling the machine correctly to get the new part installed.
Having watched a bunch of Aurora Tech Channel I'm not sure that I want to deal with the assembly and the need to upgrade a bunch of stuff. I'm waiting for an Ender 3 S1 or S1 Pro.

I've got a brand new Ender 3 S1 Pro in NJ if you are interested.

Yes, what he said.
Frankly, the second you buy this, you are going to immediately want a BLTouch or CRTouch for bed leveling. That will set ya back 40-50. If the Ender 3 v2 is 180.00 and you have the budget, you'll be happier in the long run.
Disclaimer: This was my first printer and I loved how it taught me the hobby. However, there were times where I wanted to huck it out the window. After owning a number of printers my advice would be to get something with an autoleveler system.
If you are on a lean budget, this is a fantastic starter printer.

Love mine. Best 100 I spent in a long time. Get ready to tinker though. My advice would be to watch YouTube videos for assembly. Take your time. Also silicon bed springs.
