Hinges will brake after two months. Non replaceable as they brake from the chassis of the case.

Will never buy MSI again. Also worth mentioning i had two dead on arrivals.

I can't say as to whether their quality has declined, but I bought from them 10 years ago, laptop was smoking fast at the time, and it's still fast enough to be entirely usable, has been extremely durable (far more so than any previous laptop in 25+ years, as i tend to abuse them and they break within a couple years) , only thing that has failed on it in 10 years is the graphics card and that's all on nvidia, not msi. Not even a dead pixel 10 years later. I've got 3 newer ones from other companies and i still use the 10 year old one as my primary machine. If quality has declined, I guess I'll find out, as I intend to order my next one from them. **This one is tempting, but I really prefer the customizable ones, even if I can't get the huge bargains I might get on prebuilt.
