Or we understand basic math. You don't understand what central air is.
A small 1.5 Ton condenser unit at 240V that pulls 15A is 3600w. That does not include the blower and it will likely pull more that 15A at startup.
The question I was answering was will this power central air and a refrigerator. It most certainly will not.
If you can't read please be quiet. Which CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONER uses 700-800 watts? If you find one let me know I'll swap mine out tomorrow.
You'll need to go with a larger gas or diesel unit for a central ac system.

I should be doing research and such but what can this thing power? Mainly looking for something to power my Central air and refrigerator during outages.

Something more like this if you want to avoid gas or diesel. https://a.co/c71ud7b

You can parallel two of these and get split phase 240v and backup your house. My plan is to use these for base load and then a little 1800w generator to provide charging to these.

Anything under 3600wattage should be fine. Generally speaking you can power blender, microwave, full size fridge, tv and window AC (Midea) at the same time.
Great price assuming it doesn't have a thousand cycles. Not sure what I'll do with a third one but I'll figure it out. Now to find a deal on solar panels. FYI this has LiFePO4 cells so while it's crazy heavy it does have arguably the safest, slowest degrading (cycle count life) lithium cells
