Since you own these. Would you suggest to remove the first set of panels to bring the price down to $1300+ and register for the free ones? Will the fridge still be operable without the panels? What are you impressions of this model?

Really hesitant to purchase Samsung or LG. I currently have an LG and was repaired twice

I've heard nothing but horror stories from Samsung and LG owners. I'm remodeling my kitchen and need all new appliances and it sucks since they have best price/features. Need to figure them all out this weekend but nothing really stands out!

The free panel code works but you have to select several different doors, not all the same. Also you can't get the 4 item promo with that code. So if you're adding more than 2 appliances, the code will disappear.

Chat support also refused to give me a $100 coupon.

tested different color glass/ steel panels, not working. $100 off coupon still working! Samsung fixed the bug, and still can get one set of free panels lately, not two sets

While it worked earlier for me, I couldn't get the free panel code to work after deleting and recreating my order this evening, no matter what combination of panels I tried. A customer service rep also told me that each order is only eligible for one free set of panels, so this rep was claiming my free panels would be what came with the fridge if I used the code and I would be ineligible for another set of free panels later. A different rep told me the opposite, though. I'm not sure what to believe.

I don't think that's how it will work for you unless you specifically added extra panels to your cart after customizing your fridge. I've seen these Bespokes at the Best Buy Outlet without panels and they have an unfinished, dull sheet metal look. They don't look like a finished product. The stainless steel panels of course look like a finished product.

+1 on unable to get door panel code working. I made the mistake of canceling my earlier order that had the discount on it and when I went to re place it the code is broken..

You are probably right but this is the first time I've ordered a Bespoke fridge from Samsung. I guess they will have to install them for me. If that's the case, I will learn from them for my next free panels.
