I purchased this item like 10 days ago, How can I get the shop card? Do I need to call customer service or online price adjustment works?

Update: Called customer service, and was put on hold for about 3 minutes. They said they will email me the digital shop card but yet to receive it.

Yes, it's a completely different class of TV. However the X95J is also significantly more expensive in addition to being significantly better. It also depends on what you are using the TV for. If you mostly watch TV through a cable box which is generally low quality video, you likely won't see too much difference between this and the 95J. But if you're gaming, or streaming high quality 4k content, then you'll start really noticing the differences.

Yes, especially if you use it in a dark room. IPS panel, no local dimming, 60Hz instead of 120Hz, significantly less bright.

About 2 years ago I got the x800h and returned it almost immediately for the x900h. Those changes make a WORLD of difference.

I received the digital card within a few days. I was given $106. So I guess the rep who helped me processed it as a $100 + tax refund.
