No risk. It's just $300. Bought a 65 inch Hisense at best buy two years ago for $250 and still work perfect.
Same, and surprisingly the picture looks good

Why do you think this is better than the Walmart refurb?refurbished?

The refurbished yesterday was QLED and 120hz? What am I missing?

Yes, full array but no local dimming.
What does that mean? I thought Full array local dimming TVs are the best if we can't get OLED.

Just ordered for pickup in a few days. Still deciding to pickup tcl 55in series 5 for $199 or this 65 in sharp. Will be main living room tv replacing an old 50in LG 1080p plasma that's still working.

I think you'll regret not getting the 65" now that they are very affordable.

Can't comment on the TV quality. When I went to Best Buy to compare the TCL and similarly priced LG, I did like the LG a little bit more. it had slightly better contrast, but both TVs looked pretty good. It took me a while to of comparing to even notice. Compared to a QLED or QNED the difference was obvious though.

I did like the Sharp Aquos line back in the 2000s, but I had a bad experience with a Costco Sharp TV once. I actually think Hisense TVs look pretty good to be honest, even though this supposedly isn't Hisense.

But my friend has a relatively small living room space. and the 65" fit very nicely mounted on the wall. His viewing distance is around 10 feet I think. He had a 55" before and the 65" was noticeably bigger and better.

Is this better than the 65" TCL Walmart had a week ago for around the same price? Wondering if it's worth switching
Walmart was $228, so not quite the same price, but I bought that TCL and think it's great! This deal may be combined with the BB Amex deal for another $25 off.

These Sharps from 3+ years ago were made by Hisense. The Sharp TV in this thread is made by Foxconn/Sharp
What's better? Sharp or hisense?

I had the 55" sharp from bb a few years ago recently die on me. I wish this was 55" cause I'd buy another sharp in a heartbeat. The IQ was great. I got the 65" tcl from Walmart for $228 and it's way too reflective.

I brought the refurb Walmart Hisense 55". Hoping that one works out.

If I get three of these, would they work for flight sim? They are not good for racing sim because of the refresh rate. Then again there is no gpu that can drive 3 4k mons.

Yeah agree. Just not sure how this sharp 65 in is compared to the other ones that were sold out monday. The 65in I ordered at target got cancelled, which was a very good price. $299 for a 65in tv is still very good so I ordered for store pickup. Thanks for input

I don't why would anyone want Roku tv? The system is super slow and laggy. Firetv is way better and smooth experience. If you really want something better go with Google tv. Way faster and lovely transition between apps and streaming
Our fire tv is soooo bad we will happily try anything else lol

Thin bezels and a minimalist stand... that's a sharp looking TV.
