It's a $28 difference. At issue is how much you value the increased speed and higher quality of the Samsung. Then the other issue is at the $80 price point whether you can find a better drive than that Samsung, such as one that has DRAM.

Will this be your primary drive? If so, Samsung is a reputed company. Having a reliable primary drive is always recommended.

If 'read' speeds matter, Samsung is faster (up to 3,500MB/s) vs Team Group (up to 1,800/1,500 MB/s).

Of course, Team Group is cheaper and good for a secondary drive and comes with a 32GB MicrosSD card as well.

This is not compatible with the ps5. This is a Gen 3. Ps5 needs a gen 4.

Amazon has it for the same price without the SD card. Might be useful to someone who gets cashback from Amazon.

Had a Mp33 2tb fail after exactly 3months.

Internet as a good deal. Never again. SK Hynix or Samsung for boot. Only use low end for data that is easily replaceable.

Not worth a warranty claim. Heard you have to send to to Timbuktu and I don't know if they could see my data.

This is really slow at 1500mbps. My budget gaming laptop I bought Black Friday had 256gb 3500mbps ssd and I upgraded to the crucial 1tb. $90 on sale for $63

Crucial is pretty good too. I never had a issue so far
