it has less than / sometimes half the optimal doses of some of the vitamins. that's not necessarily a bad thing though, depending how you want to feel and what you're using it for. you'll still feel the energy boost from the B12, and some will still feel tingles from the beta-alanine (some, including me, like that). if you're looking for optimal for workouts, GHOST and Ryse are popular options.
caffeine content is still moderate at 188mg.
at this price range it's competing close with c4 sport preworkout, which i've also had, and can confidently say kaged is more effective (and better tasting i think)
i've only had the mango lime flavor so far, shared it with friends, and while it's sweet it's quite nice, but i recommend adding more water than normal (16-20floz is perfect). the sweeteners are sucralose and stevia i believe.
at this price, i really recommend it
