Looks like that other one does more sockets. Hexagonal bits are set up as sockets too although not as many bits and variations of bits which is not a huge deals. Also has a swivel and several more extensions than the other kit. No wrenches in that kit if you are looking for those.

And Amazon seems to be out of them but Home Depot has them.
