Beyond that, my own watch face is set up with the time, date, exercise goal circles, weather, and any messages I may have received. It's nice having this info at the flick of a wrist. I also work in a warehouse environment, so if I receive notifications, the phone will tap my wrist so it doesn't matter if I can't hear my phone. It's also the 3G version, so I don't need my phone on me 24/7 to receive texts, calls, and such. I can't speak for everyone, but it is a very good fit for my purposes. I'm not an Apple fanboy by any stretch, but it's a good extra to have if you're in the Apple ecosystem already. Not very useful with other phones like Android, Google, etc.
