Glad to see Lego is still putting these in polybags instead of a cardboard box and fixed the distribution from the horrible Muppets set. That was a pain to complete. Hopefully they'll stick to this.

I see people reporting the same kind of stuff with these on Target... "ALL 3 BOXES had the Knight Girl, the Nutcracker, the Wolfman, the Reindeer Girl, and the Popcorn Guy. Two boxes had the Sugar Fairy in the final slot and the third had a Dragon Lady. Perhaps I just had extremely bad luck this time around, but 2 identical boxes and 1 that only differed by a single minifigure?"
I bought 3 boxes from this deal. Hope I'm more lucky than with the Muppets!

And if you buy two boxes you will not get a complete set. Ever.

Update- Well, that's what I did. I canceled my 3 Target boxes ($65 total) and bought the full set of sealed bags on eBay (also $65 total). I will get 6 less minifigs but I am guaranteed to get the full set and it will still be a "surprise" for my kids.

Update- Well, that's what I did. I canceled my 3 Target boxes ($65 total) and bought the full set of sealed bags on eBay (also $65 total). I will get 6 less minifigs but I am guaranteed to get the full set. I spent $90 on the Muppets and only got 7 and still haven't completed my set b/c of the hassle.
