Not the best reviews on the R7-5800X....lots of overheating among other problems. Not sure it's worth the $175 over the R5-5600X.

The 5600X version for $824.99 is the best value right now. It will cost you the same even if you buy your own using the cheapest priced part you can find for that configuration.
For sub $1000 gaming PC, this is the best. Compare to a prebuilt from Dell or HP, the advantage here is that all components are standard meaning down the line, you find a better deal for GPU, PSU, you can just drop in with minimal hassle and it will fit a lot of variety and models.
Ram is also an easy upgrade, just get another 2x8GB sticks if you want 32GB ram, and find a a 2TB NVME SSD and drop it in there, much easier than anything proprietary.
If you were planning to build one, buy this. Great Mid range gaming configuration for 1440p. I looked up the intel nvidia equivalent and it's alot more expensive.
There is the Lenovo Small tower but that one has proprietary PSU and likely mainboard and case too, meaning something go wrong you would spend a few hundreds to replace case, mobo and PSu altogether.
